We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 are normally processed and handed over to the transport agency the same business day.

• Spain & Portugal (Mainland): FREE shipping on orders over €50. For orders under €50, there is a flat shipping rate of €5.49.
• Balearic Islands & EU Destinations: (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy): Shipping costs are calculated by weight and shown at checkout.
• Note: We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or Portuguese islands.

Returns & Food Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once delivered. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us at info@goodycandy.com with your order number and photos. Approved claims will be offered a replacement or a refund.
