Payment
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer secure payments through Shopify Payments, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
We also support Bizum for customers in Spain.
Are prices shown including VAT?
Yes. All prices displayed on the Website include applicable VAT, in accordance with EU regulations. No customs duties or import taxes apply for deliveries within the European Union.
Delivery & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 16:00 (CET / Spain time) are normally processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday or during the weekend are processed on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Spain (mainland) & Portugal (mainland): 1-2 business days.
- All other destinations (including Balearic Islands): 2-4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
No. Orders are processed and delivered on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery area and order value.
Free shipping
- Free shipping on orders over €50 (excluding shipping costs).
- Applies to Spain (mainland) and Portugal (mainland) only.
Standard shipping
- Flat shipping rate for Spain (mainland) and Portugal (mainland).
- For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery zone and the total weight of your order. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
Do you ship outside of Spain and Portugal?
Yes. We ship to the following countries and regions:
- Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands). We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
- Portugal (mainland only).
- France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Italy.
Do you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers?
No. We currently deliver only to physical residential or business addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or similar pickup points.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information. You can also view your order status and history in My Account on the Website.
What happens if my order is delayed?
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Service team. We will investigate the issue and keep you informed.
Something went wrong with my delivery?
If your delivery is delayed, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package is damaged, please include photos of the package and contents. Without photographic evidence, we may not be able to process the claim effectively.
Is something missing or did you receive the wrong item?
If an item is missing or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, it is usually not possible to cancel an order once it has been confirmed. If your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation may still be possible. Please contact us by email as soon as possible.
Products & Quality
How does the “best before” date work?
All products are labeled with a “best before” date. Some products are sold with a short date, meaning they are closer to their best before date.
- Products are labeled as short date if the best before date is within 20 days.
- This information is clearly stated in the product description.
Most products have a best before date of 30 days or more.
Are your products approved for food handling?
Yes. We are registered with the relevant food control and environmental authorities for the handling and sale of food.
Is an item in stock?
Stock availability is shown on each product page. If a product is not available, it will be marked as Out of stock.
Why can’t food items be returned?
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered, unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Once a product leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee proper storage conditions. Returned food products are never resold and are safely disposed of.
Orders
Why was an item removed from my order?
In rare cases, a product may be unavailable due to inventory discrepancies. If this happens, the item will be removed from your order and you will only be charged for the items that are shipped. We never charge for items that are not delivered.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. Our physical store is located in Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain.
