1. Delivery areas
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. - Portugal (mainland only)
- France
- Germany
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
- Austria
- Italy
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Spain (mainland) & Portugal (mainland)
Flat shipping rate
- Free shipping on orders over €50 (excluding shipping costs)
All other destinations
- Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order
- The exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment
All prices include applicable VAT. No customs duties apply for deliveries within the EU.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 16:00 (CET / Spain time) are normally processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 16:00 are normally processed the next business day
- Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday or during the weekend are processed on the next business day
4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Spain (mainland) & Portugal (mainland): 1–2 business days
- All other destinations (including Balearic Islands): 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.
5. Shipping notifications & tracking
Once your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information.
You can also track your order and view your order history in My Account on the Website.
Returns
1. Incorrect, damaged, or defective products
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If you receive an incorrect product, or if a product is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
2. Food products (important information)
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered, unless the products are incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Our products are stored and handled under controlled conditions in our warehouse. Once a product has been delivered to a private customer, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored correctly.
Any food products returned to us (for example, items sent by mistake) are not resold and are safely disposed of.
3. Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:
- Incorrect orders
- Damaged products
- Defective products
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Consumer rights
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and national consumer protection laws.
